Strength and Conditioning Club - Strength & Conditioning: Grades 8-12 The Groton-Dunstable Regional School District's Community Education is proud to presentGroton-Dunstable Strength & Conditioning Club
The GD Strength and Conditioning club relies on the hard work and dedication of its athletes and participants. They will be taught proper kinetics and how they apply to human health and movement both on and off the field of play. This is taught through a series of exercises ranging from weight lifting (Olympic & Power lifts), to plyometrics, and core focused movements and poses. The result of proper instruction and execution of these exercises will lead to a decrease in the occurrences of potential sports injuries, increases in physical performance (strength, flexibility, range of motion, balance, and core stability), added confidence not only physically but socially, and an overall healthier body and mind. Strength and Conditioning Club - Strength & Conditioning: Grades 8-12 The Groton-Dunstable Regional School District's Community Education is proud to presentGroton-Dunstable Strength & Conditioning Club
The GD Strength and Conditioning club relies on the hard work and dedication of its athletes and participants. They will be taught proper kinetics and how they apply to human health and movement both on and off the field of play. This is taught through a series of exercises ranging from weight lifting (Olympic & Power lifts), to plyometrics, and core focused movements and poses. The result of proper instruction and execution of these exercises will lead to a decrease in the occurrences of potential sports injuries, increases in physical performance (strength, flexibility, range of motion, balance, and core stability), added confidence not only physically but socially, and an overall healthier body and mind.
