2:30 PM - 3:30 PM	Spanish Explorers: A Journey into Language and Culture - Middle School: Spanish Explorers Spanish Explorers: A Journey into Language and CultureEmbark on an exciting linguistic and cultural adventure with our Spanish Explorers class designed specifically for middle school students. This dynamic course offers an immersive experience in the Spanish language, focusing on building and strengthening foundational skills in speaking, listening, and reading.During this 6-week session, lesson plans will be customized based on the participants’ level of proficiency as well as interests. Students will be introduced to essentialvocabulary and grammar structures through interactive activities, engaging discussions, and fun games. From basic greetings and introductions to more complex sentencestructures and everyday expressions, students will gain confidence in their ability to communicate effectively in Spanish.Join us on this exciting journey as we unlock the doors to the Spanish-speaking world and expand our horizons together!A bit about the teacher:Krisela Karaja or Fun World Language AcademyIn addition to teaching after school Spanish classes with us, Ms Krisela is also a full-time Spanish teacher at Westford Academy. She has also taught Spanish at the Parkerschool in Devens. She is a licensed MA teacher and has international and local experience, interests, and education. Set your child up for success. Join our 4 week Babysitting Basics Course.The hands-on 4-H Babysitters’ Program is designed to better prepare young people for babysitting and childcare by educating them to become capable, caring, responsible babysitters. Students will come to understand the responsibilities of babysitting and learn the skills needed to become good babysitters. Students will develop confidence in handling situations they may encounter when babysitting.Upon completion of this course, participants will receive a Babysitter's ID card and a certificate of completion, and a CPR certification card.
