Wachusett Mountain Ski/Snowboard Program
2024

                    5th-12th Grade
Registration
All Ski/Snowboard Program registrations should be completed online as soon as possible as this program fills up quickly. You must register with Groton-Dunstable as well as with Wachusett Mountain.
Once the buses are filled, there will be no more registrations accepted.

A bus fee of $150.00 applies to all students regardless if they ride the bus or not.
All students must also pay a Ski Coordinators Stipend fee of $30. Both the bus fee and the stipend fee can be paid at the same time.
Students will not be assigned to a bus unless these fees have been paid, even if they have registered through Wachusett.

Your receipt for payment of the bus and coordinator stipend fee will have the codes you will need to use to register for the ski program through Wachusett.

Registration with Wachusett Mountain should not be completed until registration/payment had been completed through Groton-Dunstable Community Education.

If you are currently on the wait-list, please do not register with the mountain. If you register through Wachusett but do not get off the waitlist, you will need to request a refund through Wachusett. They will not issue cash refunds, only Cards Of Wachusett (COW) refunds.

After registration with GD is complete here please use the code provide on your receipt to register with the mountain wachusett.com/schoolgroups
Please make sure you register your student under the correct code.
*If you have students in both schools, please register each student under their respective school codes.

Chaperone Opportunity
We are looking for parents who are interested in chaperoning the program. Chaperones must be available every Tuesday. Chaperones will receive passes for skiing and rentals free of charge.

Chaperone duties include: Riding the bus, distributing passes, assisting with rental equipment, directing students to lessons, supervising student activity in the Lodge and on the Mountain. If you are interested, please email Deryn Copeland at dcopeland@gdrsd.org

If you are selected to chaperone you must have a CORI (Criminal Offender Record Information) on file with the school district. This can be completed at any of the school main offices. In addition, Wachusett Mountain requires a Chaperone Terms, Release of Liability and Conditions form to be completed.

Program FAQ’s for parents can be found on the Wachusett Mountain website under Tickets & Passes, drop down School Groups.

No refunds will be given for withdrawal after December 12th
