Community Education Parent/Guardian Expectations


Parent Agreement

  1. I understand that I must bring my ID for pickup.
  2. I understand that if anyone other than those listed on the community ed pick up form will be picking up, I will give advance notice to the office and ask the individual to bring their photo ID.
  3. I understand that late pick-up will incur a fee.
  4. I understand that if my student will not be attending, I will notify the community ed office, as well as the classroom teacher no later than 2pm (11am on ½ days).
  5. I understand that programs will only run if enrollment warrants. If a program is cancelled, you will be notified via email. Please assure your email address attached to your account is up to date. Refunds for cancellations can be provided with a refund check or account credit to be used for future programming.
  6. I understand that my students' classroom is not available after dismissal occurs. Please do not wander around the building. Pick-up locations will be listed in reminder emails sent via MyRec. 
  7. I understand that if my student violates the behavioral expectation agreement, I am obligated to discuss with administration in regard to my students' program participation.
